What we keep on the waiting list: your email, the page language, the school year if you give it, and the date you gave permission. To stop abuse we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your connection, which does not reveal your address.
What for: only to confirm your email and tell you when Bloomiko opens. We use it for nothing else and give it to no one.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it whenever you like with the «Take me off the list» link in every email or by writing to support@bloomiko.app.
How long: until we open and twelve months more, or until you remove yourself, if sooner.
Who helps us: Supabase (database), Resend (sending emails), Vercel (the website) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics. They handle the data on our behalf with the safeguards of the GDPR.
Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at support@bloomiko.app. If you think we are not respecting them, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies: only if you accept them, we use Google Analytics to count visits to this website, with no advertising and no Google signals. If you don’t, none are set. The children’s app never carries analytics.
This policy covers the website and the waiting list. The app will have its own, which parents accept when they sign up.
