Bloomiko is a web app by Laura Solanes (tax ID 41715093Q, 07011 Palma, Spain) for children to learn at home, with a panel for their parents. Contact: support@bloomiko.app.
The account belongs to an adult of the family, who is responsible for it and for the PIN. Children use the app on their device, with no account of their own.
Free plan: Spanish and maths in full and a taste of every class, for one child, with no ads. Family plan: everything, for up to four children, at €8.99 a month or €69.99 a year, VAT included.
The first time, Family has a free 7-day trial. If you cancel before it ends, nothing is charged. We remind you before the first charge.
Stripe sells the subscription as merchant of record through its Link service: it charges, applies your country’s VAT and sends the invoices. Your statement shows LINK.COM* BLOOMIKO.
The subscription renews by itself every month or year. You can cancel it in one click in the parents’ panel, under «Manage my subscription»; it stays on until the end of the paid period and then the account goes back to Free, losing nothing.
Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from the first charge to withdraw without giving a reason, and we refund you. Write to support@bloomiko.app.
We do our best to keep the app running, but there may be stops for maintenance. The content helps children learn; it does not replace school and is not a diagnosis.
If we change these terms we will email you in advance. Spanish law applies, with the courts of the consumer’s home.
